Complete board or component bundle
Include the complete detail shown on the item rather than relying on a broad product family.
A direct route from unwanted to useful
Tell us the model, condition and useful details once. We will review your skateboard and let you know whether Zarax is interested in making an offer.
Start with the exact model. It gives the valuation team a far better starting point.

A less awkward way to sell
Private marketplaces can work, but they often involve writing an advert, answering similar questions several times, arranging viewings and dealing with uncertain buyers. Zarax gives you a single route from the first description through to inspection and payment.
The process is deliberately straightforward. Share accurate information and clear photographs, then we can decide whether the item is something we want to buy. Read how a Zarax quotation progresses before you begin if you would like the full picture.
What shapes the offer
A precise model matters, but it is only one part of the assessment.
Include the complete detail shown on the item rather than relying on a broad product family.
Mention what is present, what works and anything that a photograph alone may not explain.

An honest description helps avoid surprises when the item is inspected. Our guide to how condition can influence an offer explains why small details are worth including.
From first detail to payment
Add the exact model, specifications, condition and clear photographs.
If we are interested, we will discuss the details and agree a price with you.
If Zarax is interested, you will receive the sending details privately after the item and price have been discussed.

Before the handover
Photograph the full item in good daylight as well as edges, fittings and worn areas.
Include dimensions, model markings and details of any repairs.
Keep accessories and original parts together.
If the item needs to be sent, use the private instructions we provide and follow our packaging guidance. Do not send anything until Zarax has confirmed that it wishes to proceed.
Compare the routes
Zarax reviews the item details directly. There is no public advert and no need to manage messages from several prospective buyers.
You create the listing, choose the asking price, reply to enquiries and decide how to handle collection, delivery and payment.

Customer feedback
My old skateboard had honest wear but plenty of life left. Zarax checked the photos and bought it.
I listed the deck size, truck brand and wheel condition, including a chipped nose. Zarax assessed the board as it was, gave me delivery details and paid after receiving it.
The skateboard had been with me for years, but a knee problem meant it was unlikely to be used again. I photographed the scratched deck, worn tail, trucks and wheels rather than trying to make it look newer. Zarax reviewed the specifications and condition, then offered an amount I was happy with. I sent the board to the provided location and received payment once it had been inspected.
Old deck, decent trucks, wheels still rolling. Zarax considered the complete board without expecting it to look new. 🛹
The graphic was scraped and one bearing sounded rough, but the deck had no cracks. I described the wear in the language a skater would understand.
I bought the skateboard to learn with my niece and quickly discovered she had better balance than I did. The board survived my efforts, collecting tail wear and a chipped nose but no structural split. I photographed the underside, wheel condition and truck markings. Zarax assessed it from those details, provided the sending information and paid once it matched the description.
Useful questions
These answers cover the parts of the process people usually want to confirm before requesting a quote.
Value my skateboardStart with the brand, full model number, specifications and an honest description of the condition. Add clear photographs of the item, label, accessories and any faults.
Potentially, yes. Acceptance depends on the item and the fault. Explain exactly what happens when it is switched on or used, and show the damaged area clearly.
Not always. The original packaging, power supply, remote, manuals or matching accessories can provide useful context, so list everything that is included.
Do not send the item before receiving confirmation. If we wish to proceed, the receiving location and delivery instructions are shared with you privately.
Payment follows receipt or collection and inspection. If the item matches the agreed details, Zarax pays the agreed amount by bank transfer or PayPal. If anything differs materially, we contact you first.
