Zarax

How Zarax Works

From a clear item description to an agreed handover: understand each stage of the Zarax quotation process.

A useful quotation starts with the right item details. Here is the journey from first request to a possible handover, including the points where you stay in control.

  1. Choose the item

Open the relevant page in the item directory. Buying scope can change, and submitting a request does not guarantee an offer.

  2. Describe it clearly

Add the exact make and model, working condition, faults, accessories, location and useful photographs. The model-number guide and photo checklist can help.

  3. Zarax reviews the request

The team considers the item details, condition, current demand and practical collection or delivery requirements. A focused follow-up question may be needed.

  4. Review any proposed offer

If Zarax can proceed, check the price, included item, payment route and handover terms. You are free to decline. If inspection finds a material difference, the proposal may need to change or be withdrawn.

  5. Prepare the agreed handover

Remove personal accounts and data, gather included accessories, and disconnect or package only as agreed. Large items need accurate access information and a safe collection route.

  6. Confirm payment

Follow the written transaction details and verify payment through your own account. Never disclose passwords, PINs or one-time codes.

Read the detailed after-request guide or check common questions before you start.
