A nearly new spare mattress was taking up half a room. Zarax assessed the photos and organised collection.
I supplied the size, age, material and several clear photos, including one light mark on the side. Zarax confirmed they were interested, discussed access and collected it after we agreed a price.
We had bought the wrong firmness of mattress and kept it in the spare room far longer than planned. I was careful to photograph the full surface, labels, edges and the faint storage mark on one side. Zarax reviewed the condition and asked how it had been stored. Once we agreed the value, collection was arranged around the narrow stairway. The mattress was checked and the payment arrived by bank transfer.
The guest mattress was clean, covered and taking up half the loft. Collection solved a very bulky problem. 🛏️
